Bilingual Paralegal-Must have Personal Injury Experience

The Bilingual Paralegal will support a large legal team by managing a moderate caseload focused on personal injury cases. This role requires expertise in personal injury law to effectively assist attorneys and clients, ensuring thorough case preparation and efficient legal processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10-25 personal injury cases
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and document review
• Communicate effectively with clients in both languages
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties
• Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to personal injury claims

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
