Job Summary
The In-House Salesperson is responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting products or services, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service and supporting the company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone, email, or video calls.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and pricing.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
- Close sales and process customer orders.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company's CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Stay informed about company products, promotions, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
