Server

We are seeking a dedicated Server to provide exceptional dining experiences in casual dining, banquet/event catering, and fast casual settings. This role involves engaging with customers, managing orders with various technology tools, and ensuring smooth and efficient service during typical shifts of 6 to 8 hours. The Server will have opportunities to earn tips and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere through attentive service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and facilitate positive interactions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, pen and paper, or mobile tablets
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Set up and clean tables to maintain a tidy dining environment
• Demonstrate thorough menu knowledge to assist customer choices
• Process customer payments efficiently and handle cash or electronic transactions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food service
