Retail Sales Representative

Schedule: Full-time, with part-time availability

Pay: Paid weekly. Compensation is hourly or commission, whichever is higher. Average representative

commissions range from $1000-$1,200 per week.

Work Location: In person

M.E.L Consulting is hiring a Retail Sales Representative for an in-person sales role in the Rancho Cordova

area.

This position is a strong fit for someone who wants to build practical sales, communication, and leadership

skills in a fast-paced environment. No previous sales experience is required - training and ongoing coaching

are provided.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face inside assigned retail locations

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend wireless and telecommunications solutions

• Explain products, services, pricing, and current promotions clearly

• Complete sales transactions and customer account setup

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Participate in ongoing sales training and development
