Pay Rate: $14.55 - $15.55

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support our client's third-shift manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products while following established quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

This is a Non-Exempt position. Hours worked over 40 per week will be paid at time and a half. The position may require work in a clean-room environment and operates under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance.
• Label and package products according to established procedures and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Follow established manufacturing, safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures.
• Work effectively in a clean-room environment when required.
• Identify and communicate product or packaging issues to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• Perform assigned production duties under moderate supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous production, manufacturing, packaging, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to accurately complete required production documentation.
• Willingness and ability to work third shift.
• Ability to work in a clean-room environment when required.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a production team.
