Job description

• Monday to Friday
• • 1st shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm
  • 2nd shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm
  • 3rd shift - 11:00pm to 7:00am
• Weekends:
• • 7:00am to 7:00pm
  • 7:00pm to 7:00am
• Must be okay with CATS
• Personal Care/ Housekeeping/ Meal Prep
• Pay starting $18-$21 per hour based on experience

Caregiver responsibilities include:

• Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities, being prepared to assist with personal care needs, including toileting and showering
• Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and outings
• Assist with lifting, up to 50 lbs, and be able to bend, twist, push and pull to assist clients
• with daily tasks
• Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous caregiving experience (REQUIRED)
• Has Reliable Transportation to reach clients
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
• Ability to work in DuPage and Cook County
