Field Service & Installation Technician

Graphic Printing Equipment | 90% Travel

We are hiring a hands-on Field Service & Installation Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support commercial graphic printing equipment at customer locations throughout the United States.

This is a great fit for someone with experience in field service, IT hardware support, electronics, printers, or industrial equipment who enjoys travel and working directly with customers.

What You’ll Do

• Travel approximately 90% to customer sites throughout the U.S.
• Install and configure commercial graphic printing equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and basic software/network issues
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace defective components
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs
• Read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation
• Train and support customers on equipment operation
• Document service calls, repairs, and completed installations
• Maintain tools, replacement parts, and service inventory

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years experience in field service, electronics, IT hardware, printer repair, equipment installation, or a similar technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working with computers, electronics, wiring, and mechanical components
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while traveling
• Comfortable using hand tools and following technical documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 90%

Experience servicing printers, copiers, digital printing equipment, or similar electromechanical systems is preferred.
