What You’ll Do

• Drive a company delivery vehicle safely and follow all traffic laws and safety procedures
• Deliver packages accurately and on time to homes and businesses
• Navigate your route with GPS and delivery technology
• Load, organize, lift, and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
• Bring friendly, professional customer service to every doorstep
• Stay in touch with dispatch and teammates while working independently
• Keep multiple tasks organized in a fast-paced, active environment

Pick Your Schedule

We operate 7 days a week, typically 8–10 hours. At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required for all positions.

• Full-Time: 4–5 days per week
• Part-Time: 1–3 days per week (weekend-only schedules available)
• Seasonal: November 15 – January 15, full-time or part-time

What You’ll Need

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Missouri Class E license required before training (no CDL needed)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Bonus points for: delivery, driving, logistics, warehouse, or customer service experience; GPS familiarity; commercial driving experience; bilingual skills.

No delivery experience? No problem. We’ll train you, and we pay you while we do it.

You’ll start by getting your vehicle ready and organizing packages for your route. Then it’s out the door: navigating neighborhoods, delivering to customers, and running your route your way. Every day brings something new, and you’ll represent Total Package Delivery and Amazon every step of the way.
