Litigation Attorney

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm on a Litigation Attorney opportunity in the Kansas City, Missouri area.

We welcome attorneys who are ready to build on their litigation experience and take on a more significant role in case strategy, client relationships, and trial preparation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• J.D. and active Missouri license (or ability to waive in).
• 3+ years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with motions, briefs, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Interest in contributing to a growing litigation practice.
