Position Overview

Olé Bar & Grill is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Waitress/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides excellent service, and can work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Enter orders into the restaurant POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations when appropriate
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer requests and resolve service issues professionally
• Process customer payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
• Keep tables, dining areas, and service areas clean and organized
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant policies
• Work cooperatively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests
