Production Line Lead

We are seeking Production Line Leads to oversee production line operations in our client’s fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining line efficiency, ensuring product quality, coordinating team activities, and supporting production goals.

• Location: Onsite - Union, OH
• Job Type: Short-Term (approximately 4 months), Full-Time Contract (W2)
• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
• Schedule: Thursday - Sunday
• • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM-6:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM-5:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production quality meets specifications
• Monitor line performance and communicate issues to supervisors
• Assign and rotate employees based on production needs
• Coordinate product flow through the department
• Mentor team leads and support employee development
• Manage production resources to meet quality, cost, and schedule goals
• Assist with line changeovers and process improvements
• Ensure employees follow assigned duties and work instructions
• Provide temporary line coverage when needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production line experience required
• Solid communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma / GED
