Are you a relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people, growing partnerships, and making a difference in the healthcare community? The Orchards and Harvest Therapy are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team!
For over 70 years, The Orchards have been guided by the values of respect, compassion, and commitment to the well-being of our residents. We are looking for someone who can help us build strong relationships with referral partners, residents, families, and community organizations while supporting our marketing and admissions goals.
What You'll Do:✔ Build and strengthen relationships with healthcare and community referral partners
✔ Promote awareness of The Orchards and Harvest Therapy's post-acute and therapy services
✔ Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, Business Development, and Clinical teams
✔ Support admissions and discharge processes and help enhance the customer experience
✔ Identify opportunities to improve relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders
✔ Use CRM and referral data to identify opportunities and support marketing goals
✔ Assist with internal and external communications and marketing initiatives
✔ Maintain professional relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and other referral sources
✔ Support community outreach, brand awareness, facility admissions, discharges, and employee recruitment efforts
✔ Participate in committees, meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Two years of marketing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional, positive, and collaborative approach
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, healthcare professionals, referral partners, and community organizations
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a variety of teams
