Industrial Blaster

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Blaster for a manufacturing facility.

Pay: $20–$23/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean equipment, parts, and materials using industrial blasting equipment.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and coating applications.
• Perform painting duties as needed.
• Operate and maintain blasting equipment while following safety procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of industrial blasting experience.
• Experience cleaning equipment and parts using an industrial blaster.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Painting experience is preferred.
• Experience using an airless paint sprayer is a plus.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
