New Roads AC & Heat is a family-owned HVAC company serving South Louisiana since 2010. We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can help us continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Read plans, specifications, and installation layouts
• Lead installation projects from start to finish
• Supervise and assist helpers as needed
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and lead projects
• Residential HVAC experience required
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
