Family Medicine Physician

Family Medicine Associates of Conroe, a Privia Medical Group practice, is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our established primary care practice in Conroe, Texas.

We are a well-established family medicine practice committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families throughout Conroe and the surrounding communities. Our practice offers the personal, collaborative environment of a community-based medical practice with the resources and support of Privia Medical Group.

The ideal candidate is a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician who values continuity of care, strong patient relationships, clinical excellence, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking to establish a long-term presence within a growing community while joining an experienced and supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary and preventive care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform routine physicals, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
• Develop individualized treatment and disease-management plans
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies
• Prescribe medications and educate patients regarding their health and treatment plans
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, clinical quality, and patient-centered care

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented practice
