Pay: $17 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM daily.

Schedule: This is a full-time role with a consistent daily schedule and no late nights. Across any given schedule period, you can expect to be scheduled for a mix of morning, day, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.

As Retail Supervisor, you help set the tone for the team on the floor. You lead by example during your shift and make sure guests leave with a Sunshine Moment.

What You'll Do

• Lead your shift by modeling the Sun Harvest 5 — greeting guests, sharing the story behind our products, and sending them off smiling
• Kick off each shift with a quick team huddle to set the tone for the day
• Coach team members on how to fix a problem or create a special moment for a guest
• Help train new team members on our culture and service standard
• Open or close the café, including basic register counts and simple shift coverage
• Step in calmly and kindly on guest concerns

What You'll Need

• 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or food service environment
• Comfortable guiding and coaching a small team
• Compassion for people and genuine warmth with guests and teammates
• Basic computer literacy
• Comfortable with basic cash handling and register math
• Good communication skills and a level head when things get busy
• Able to work a 9 hour day schedule that includes opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
