HVAC Maintenance Technician

The ideal candidate must have EPA 608 certification , HVAC experience and be comfortable handling a variety of maintenance service requests within a multifamily housing environment. This position requires someone who can independently troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, and provide quality maintenance service to residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform A/C and HVAC installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete necessary repairs
• Respond to maintenance and resident service tickets
• Perform basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
• Complete plumbing repairs, including fixtures, drains, and other common issues
• Perform drywall, painting, and general property repairs
• Assist with apartment make-ready and turnover maintenance
• Complete preventative maintenance as assigned
• Travel between assigned properties throughout the Westbank/New Orleans area
