Construction Attorney

Busy Law Firm looking for an attorney to join its team as a Construction Practice Group! 

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction-related litigation and dispute resolution
• Provide legal advice on commercial construction claims
• Draft and review legal documents related to construction disputes
• Collaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies
• Manage caseload effectively and meet deadlines
• Attend court hearings and negotiations as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year litigation experience (commercial litigation preferred)
• Experience with construction claims and disputes
• Ability to work fully in-office
• Access to a reliable car for commuting
