General Labor

Now Hiring: General Laborer 

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Start Time: Between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Overtime: Potential Sunday overtime with employee and manager approval

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support warehouse and distribution operations. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates who are comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced, cold-storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, palletize, and dispose of pallets
• Safely load and unload trailers
• Relabel cases and pallets as required
• Restack cases and pallets to maintain organization and product integrity
• Assist with general warehouse and manual labor duties
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Requirements

• 0–3 years of warehouse, distribution, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in temperatures of approximately 35°ree;F
• Must have steel-toe shoes or boots on the first day
