Director of People and Culture

Our client in the Des Moines Metro seeks an experienced Director of People and Culture to drive vision, development and execution of people strategy

You will earn up to $120,000, depending on your experience.  You will also enjoy an excellent company benefits package.

To qualify for this position, you must have:

• Leadership experience with proven ability to lead, influence executive strategy, and act as an employee advocate
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening and coaching skills
• Experience in HR, talent management, or people operations
• Strategic mindset
• BA in HR, Business Administration, or related

As the Director of People and Culture, you will be expected to:

• Develop and implement programs for recruitment, onboarding, and retention to attract top talent
• Design and oversee training schedules to cultivate continued professional growth
• Administer employee surveys and reviews
• Lead the Intern Program/Oversee mentor team
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Collaborate on bonus structures and compensation strategies
• Organize team-building initiatives
