A commercial and industrial property services company is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for an exciting opportunity with their growing team. This position will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a variety of HVAC systems, with a strong focus on boilers and chillers.

HVAC Technicians will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair complex system issues, install new equipment and components, and respond to service calls as needed. Qualified HVAC Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience working with both boilers and chillers is required.
• Valid EPA Universal Certification is required; a current Mechanical License is preferred, but not required.
• Strong experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to respond to emergency service calls as needed.
