Extrusion Technician

12 hrs. Shift (2-2-3 Schedule)

• Previous experience in extrusion, manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate specialized production equipment.
• Ability to read and follow specification sheets and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively with operators, technicians, and management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow procedures without taking shortcuts.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
