Commercial Litigation Attorney

The Commercial Litigation Attorney will represent clients in complex commercial disputes, managing cases from inception through resolution. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and advocacy skills, capable of navigating various litigation phases to protect client interests effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Manage all phases of commercial litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and improve legal outcomes
• Stay current on legal developments affecting commercial litigation
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes outside of court when possible
• Maintain thorough and organized case files
