General Manager | QSR | $65,000 to $80,000 + Monthly Bonus

The right person will be hands on, accountable, and comfortable leading in a fast paced QSR environment.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of daily restaurant operations

• Lead, coach, and develop the management and restaurant teams

• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational performance

• Manage labor, scheduling, food ordering, inventory, and controllable expenses

• Review P&L results and take action to improve restaurant performance

• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety

• Recruit, train, and retain strong team members

• Build a positive culture where managers and employees can succeed

• Hold the team accountable while providing the coaching and support they need

• Ensure the restaurant consistently follows company and brand standards

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of General Manager experience in QSR

• Strong preference for Wendy's or comparable quick service experience

• Proven experience leading a high volume restaurant

• Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, food costs, labor, and controllable expenses

• Experience hiring, scheduling, training, and developing restaurant teams

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A hands on management style and willingness to lead from the floor

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain standards during busy periods

• Strong accountability, work ethic, and commitment to developing people
