Paralegal/ Legal Assistant

Join a fast-paced employment law firm as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, where you will work closely with experienced attorneys within a well-defined workspace. Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents related to employment law cases
• Manage case files and maintain organized records
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Maintain and manage team calendars and deadlines
• Enter and update data accurately in custom case management software

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in legal assistance
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong document drafting abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
