Job Description

PRINT & PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

FULL TIME | IN-PERSON | MONDAY - FRIDAY, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

STARTING SALARY RANGE: $40,000 - $45,000

McFaddin Marketing is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined and self-motivated Print & Production

Technician to join our in-house production team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of digital printing and finishing equipment while helping ensure that every job leaving our facility meets our standards for quality, accuracy and timeliness.

Previous printing experience is a plus, but not required. We’re willing to train the right person. What matters most is mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Our production environment includes a Xerox Iridesse Press, Durst digital label printer and Aztech rewinder, Canon digital printers, Duplo multifunction finishing equipment, Challenge guillotine paper cutter, Kongsberg X cutting table, and additional print and finishing equipment.

This position also assists with finishing, packaging, fulfillment and shipping completed work.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, fully in-person position. Regular hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Reliable and punctual attendance is essential to this role.

WHO WE ARE

For one, we’re not just an agency. We’re a hand-crafted, small batch of food & beverage marketing experts devoted to building better experiences for our customers and, in turn, driving client growth. And when we say hand-crafted, we mean it.

We design, storyboard, photograph, film, print, fulfill and ship—all under one roof—allowing us to ensure every project meets the level of quality and turnaround our clients not only expect, but deserve. We fully immerse ourselves in our clients’ businesses to develop the ideal recipe for innovative marketing and promotional initiatives that stimulate incremental revenue and generate guest loyalty.

Our production team is an integral part of that process, transforming creative concepts into finished products that are printed, cut, finished, packed and shipped directly from our facility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, operate, troubleshoot and properly power down digital printing and finishing equipment

• Monitor equipment during production to maintain established run speeds while ensuring quality and accuracy

• Previous experience with digital printing or finishing equipment

• Experience troubleshooting or performing basic maintenance on production equipment

Experience is preferred, but aptitude and attitude matter. Candidates with a strong mechanical background and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
