Server Assistant

Position Overview:

As a Server Assistant at The Legend Clubs, you will play an essential support role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. By assisting servers and maintaining a polished dining area, your contribution helps uphold the welcoming, high-quality atmosphere that defines The Legend Clubs.

Responsibilities:

• Support servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables, delivering food and beverages, and refilling water glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, ensuring all service areas meet club standards.
• Assist with stocking service stations and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
• Respond to guest needs with a friendly and helpful attitude, contributing to overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with club policies and health regulations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• No prior experience required—enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on club needs.
