Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to become a part of our Personal Injury Law Firm. We are a trial law firm that has trials every month and looking for a litigation attorney to sit second chair with our trial attorney and assist with proceedings.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court, depositions and mediation.
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Negotiate settlement
• Perform administrative and management functions including supervision of a team of litigation paralegals.

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Familiarity with Westlaw or LexisNexis.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
