HVAC Filter Technician

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned daily and weekly route schedules, arriving on time and completing services within expected service schedules.
• Perform scheduled HVAC filter services, including removing and replacing filters, cleaning housings, inspecting units, checking filter fit and verifying operation.
• Service large commercial HVAC systems at commercial facilities, often on rooftops.
• Load, unload, and organize filters, tools and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory.
• Provide route coverage and support for other technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in field services.
• Experience working in commercial environments.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools

Physical & Work Environment

• Field based position performed at commercial and industrial locations.
• Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Exposure to dust, noise, moving equipment, cleaning materials, and other maintenance related conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, pushing and pulling.
• Must safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time schedule with early morning start, occasional overtime as needed.
• No overnight travel
