Overnight Janitorial Supervisor – Lone Tree, CO

We are hiring an Overnight Janitorial Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 13 employees at a customer facility in Lone Tree.

Job Title: Overnight Janitorial Supervisor
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Pay: $23–$25/hour
Schedule: Overnight Shift 
- Monday-Friday 5pm-2am

Must Haves

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• Experience leading 10+ employees

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of approximately 13 janitorial employees
• Assign work and oversee daily cleaning responsibilities
• Monitor quality and site standards
• Coach and support team members
• Handle day-to-day staffing and employee issues
• Assist the team when needed
