Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled one-on-one care for patients in the Hanvover area during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy building meaningful patient relationships while delivering high-quality care in a home setting.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's plan of care
- Monitor and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Educate patients and family members regarding health needs and care plans
- Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and the healthcare team
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Current and unrestricted Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a homecare setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Homecare or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Competitive pay of $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
