Registered Nurse (RN) Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care, assess patients' health problems, and develop and implement nursing care plans. The RN will collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care is provided and maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of patient health status.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Previous nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
