Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist in all Cath Lab procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Operate and manage Cardiovascular Lab equipment including Siemens and Canon imaging systems.
• Participate in emergency teams as required, committing to stay during events as directed by the unit manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR with Cupid documentation.
• Ensure prompt response to STEMI cases with focus on FTB/DTB times under 60 minutes.
• Facilitate patient care by providing technical support in complex procedures like embolizations and coiling.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE State License required. Temporary license to be applied for within 48 hours.
• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience; travel experience required.
• Proficiency with Impella, IABP, IVUS, Shockwave, Rotoblator, laser atherectomy, and thrombectomy devices.
• Strong background in peripheral vascular and EP procedures preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a progressive program.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on patient-first approach and knowledge sharing.
