Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assist in complex heart and vascular procedures.
- Perform scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring duties in the cath lab.
- Provide technical support for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report malfunctions.
- Document patient information and procedure details accurately.
- Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiology Cath Lab Tech role.
- Experience with complex heart and vascular procedures preferred.
- Previous travel experience in similar roles required.
- Certification as a Cath Lab Technologist or equivalent credential.
- Ability to take on-call duties as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
