Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Work independently and confidently in all cardiac catheterization lab procedures.
- Provide expert care during electrophysiology (EP) and interventional procedures.
- Ensure a focus on fast treatment by managing door-to-balloon times efficiently.
- Respond promptly to call duties, residing within 30 minutes of the facility.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues when necessary.
- Operate and manage advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, and Rotoblator devices.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT(R), and LSRTBE state license required.
- Minimum two years of experience in a cath lab; experience with STEMI care preferred.
- Proficiency in embolization, coiling, and implantation of ports, pacemakers, and ICDs.
- Skilled in operating laser and thrombectomy equipment.
- Adept at using EMR systems such as EPIC with Cupid documentation.
- Must be able to function independently and execute all CCL related skills proficiently.
