Job Summary
CT Technologist position available in a short-term acute care facility located in a level III trauma center. This weekday night shift involves performing computed tomography (CT) scans and X-ray procedures across various units, with shifts scheduled from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Thursday. The role requires flexibility to work more than just CT and involves being the sole technician on shift during late-night hours.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 4 days per week, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARRT certification in CT and Radiography, BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience, valid compact state license, experience with Epic charting system, and proficiency in skills such as 3D rendering, adult acute care, trauma, and various CT procedures
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Level I and Level II trauma centers, additional certifications, and familiarity with multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) and radiation safety
- Additional Information: This role involves performing advanced imaging procedures including head, chest, abdomen, and vascular studies, with an emphasis on safety and accurate contrast media administration. Technicians may be required to float between units as needed and must be available to work scheduled holidays.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must respond to prior work at a Providence facility, submit two references covering at least six months within the last three years, and commit to the scheduled shifts and holiday obligations.
