Position Description:
Provides physical therapy services within a skilled nursing environment, focusing on improving residents' mobility and function. -
Required Qualifications:
NY license, BLS certification, prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, 0 years of experience minimum, scheduled on Saturdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week. -
Schedule:
Saturday only, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, for a minimum of 40 hours per week. -
Additional Information:
The candidate must hold an active New York State license and BLS certification prior to start date.
