Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Therapy/Dietary, Physical Therapy to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient physical therapy care.
- Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with degenerative conditions, post-surgical, and trauma needs.
- Conduct wound care if certified, providing expert treatment solutions.
- Adapt therapy plans based on patient progress and clinical guidelines.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specified therapy field.
- Valid state license preferred at time of submission.
- Proven ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Previous experience with general rural clinic therapy practices.
- Certification in wound care is preferred for specialized patient needs.
- References confirming 2 years in specialty submitted for.
