Campground Office Clerk/Manager/Maintenance/Grounds

We are immediately hiring individuals to finish the campground season in Maintenance and Grounds, plus the Campground Store and Office Clerk positions. The Office Manager/Bookkeeping position will continue throughout the winter.

Maintenance and Grounds: As we close out the campground season, we are looking to fill at least two maintenance and grounds positions. Relevant experience in plumbing, electrical, propane, and groundskeeping would be a plus.

Store and Office Clerks: Providing guest services from initial contact by phone or email through the reservation process until checkout; daily balancing of cash drawer, collecting money from store purchases, and performing opening and closing procedures (unlocking wood and ice, putting out flag, getting mail). Reliability and experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.

Office Manager: Will be responsible for entering time cards, preparing and entering bills and payments from store inventory purchases and general bills, and printing checks for owner’s signature, along with the duties of the store and office clerks on their days off. When campground closes in October, some duties will continue, occasionally remote.

Rustic campground with 198 spaces for tents, RVs, and cabins in the White Mountains of NH. Campground is open Mother's Day through Columbus Day each year.
