KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our crew in Barstow, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive projects forward, ensure quality workmanship, and keep your team safe and on schedule. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct electrical crew members on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites
- Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide daily work
- Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure timely project completion
- Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of work
- Manage material inventory, tool allocation, and equipment on the job site
- Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation
Requirements:
- Valid Texas Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
- 5+ years of electrical experience with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
