Stainless Steel Pipe Welder

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pipe Welder with experience in stainless steel welding. Experience working with wire control panels, low-voltage systems, and the aerospace industry is a plus. The ideal candidate must be able to produce high-quality, X-ray-quality welds and follow applicable ASME B31 piping standards.

Responsibilities

• Weld stainless steel pipe according to specifications and ASME B31 standards.
• Perform precision pipe welding in various positions.
• Work with wire control panels and low-voltage components as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding procedures.
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and inspection requirements.

Requirements

• Experience welding stainless steel pipe.
• Experience with wire control panels and low-voltage systems preferred.
• Aerospace industry experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of ASME B31 piping standards.
• Must pass a 6G welding test on 4-inch pipe.
• Welds must pass X-ray inspection.
• Experience with pipe sizes ranging from 10 to 40 inches.
• Must provide your own PPE, including a welding hood, sleeves, and gloves.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
