Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Take and document vital signs when required
- Report changes in resident condition to the nurse
- Assist nursing staff with resident care
- Follow facility policies, care plans, and infection-control procedures
- Maintain a safe and respectful care environment
- Provide compassionate, dependable care
Requirements
- Active Minnesota CNA registration
- Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding
- Dependable and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
