Accounting / Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting / Payroll professional to join our client's team in Marietta, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone with accounting and payroll experience who is looking for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

Assist with payroll processing and related payroll functions

Perform general accounting and administrative duties

Maintain accurate financial and payroll records

Enter and review financial information

Assist with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable as needed

Use QuickBooks for accounting-related tasks

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information

Requirements

QuickBooks experience required

Previous accounting and/or payroll experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and communication skills

Reliable and dependable

Ability to start immediately
