Training Coordinator

Estacado Federal Credit Union is looking for a passionate Training Coordinator to help build and support a skilled, confident team across our branches.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate & track onsite and offsite position-specific training
• Lead new employee orientation and onboarding
• Partner with supervisors to identify and meet training needs
• Help develop and maintain employee policies and procedures
• Travel between our Lovington, Hobbs, Eunice, and Denver City locations to deliver training and provide hands-on support

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business, Education, or a related field (recommended)
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, or staff development in a financial institution (preferred)
• Valid driver's license required

• Competitive salary: $20 to $22/hour depending on experience
