Pool Service Technician- NO Nights or Weekends

We are experiencing exciting growth and seeking a dependable detail-oriented pool maintenance technician to independently manage a residential route. WE WILL TRAIN YOU- NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Must have personal vehicle to commute (Company vehicle for route only)
• Valid driver’s license with a CLEAN driving record for the past 3 years (No DUIs, reckless driving, or more than 2 tickets)
• Must be at least 23 years old (insurance requirement)
• Enjoy working outdoors in Florida heat year-round

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain a weekly pool route (cleaning, chemicals, filters)
• Work independently with a company truck (gas provided)
• Communicate with customers professionally
• Keep notes and stay organized

We provide full training — no experience required.

IDEAL BACKGROUNDS:

• Landscaping
• Pest control
• Outdoor / service routes
• Maintenance or hands-on work

PAY & GROWTH:

• Start at$17–$21/ hour (Based on work experience)
• Pay Increase after 90 days based on performance
• Commission offered after 90 days
• Year-round work (not seasonal)
