Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist specializing in Outpatient Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.
- Work independently to assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care using Epic charting.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to facility protocols and professional guidelines in delivering care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning.
- Current CA Physical Therapy license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
