Are you an experienced automotive parts professional ready to lead a high-performing team? Heiser Ford is seeking a Parts Manager who can drive operational excellence, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service while building a strong and engaged team.

What You'll Do
As Parts Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership's Parts Department, ensuring efficient operations, strong profitability, inventory accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all parts department operations
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
  • Develop and achieve departmental sales and profitability goals
  • Partner with Service and Sales departments to support dealership operations
  • Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and departmental expenses
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Establish pricing strategies and monitor department performance
  • Participate in dealership management meetings


What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive parts management experience strongly preferred
  • Automotive dealership experience required
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of inventory management and parts department operations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED required
