Nationally Recognized IP Firm Seeking Patent Litigation Attorney for Remote ANDA Litigation

A nationally recognized IP firm is seeking a Patent Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a fully remote work arrangement. This role focuses on ANDA and Hatch-Waxman litigation and district court patent litigation, representing pharmaceutical and technology-driven clients in complex, high-stakes matters.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience handling ANDA and Hatch-Waxman patent litigation matters
Experience with PTAB proceedings preferred but not required
Juris Doctor from a top tier law school with strong academic credentials
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one US jurisdiction
Technical background or degree in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related field preferred
Demonstrated training and hands on experience supporting complex patent litigation from case inception through trial
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with cross office litigation teams

Responsibilities

Representing clients in ANDA and Hatch-Waxman litigation before federal district courts
Drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, claim construction briefs, and discovery materials
Managing fact and expert discovery, including depositions and written discovery
Developing litigation strategy and advising clients on risk assessment and case outcomes
Collaborating with attorneys, experts, and clients on complex scientific and legal issues
Supporting PTAB proceedings as needed in coordination with district court litigation
Managing active caseloads while meeting court deadlines and client expectations in a remote setting
