Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a vital part of the production process, supporting machine operations by efficiently unloading trays of cards, inspecting for defects, and loading approved cards into feeders to ensure smooth and continuous workflow. You will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards, organizing materials at your designated stations, and keeping your work area clean and safe. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you assist machine operators and supervisors with various tasks, fostering a productive and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:  

• No experience required—ideal for entry-level candidates  

• Ability to safely perform all essential job functions  

• Capable of meeting quality and productivity standards  

• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs  

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk around the warehouse  

• Reliable and punctual attendance mandatory  

• Mandatory overtime may be required based on operational needs 

Schedule:  

• 2-2-3 Rotation (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, etc.)  

• Every other weekend off

Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.13 per hour
