About the Role:
As a Warehouse Unloader Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting daily distribution center operations. Your primary responsibilities include unloading freight, moving merchandise efficiently, and maintaining an organized, safe workspace. This role is perfect for motivated candidates eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment while building valuable experience.
Shift and Pay Options:
Pay Rate: $16.50–$19.50/hour depending on shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime opportunities
Available Shifts1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:05 PM–10:05 PM or 2:35 PM–10:35 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:05 AM or 10:30 PM–6:35 AM
Key Responsibilities:
Unload trailers manually and with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, and conveyor systems
Sort shipments and stage products for the next processing step
Use RF scanners and complete basic receiving paperwork accurately
Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Meet daily productivity and performance expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations
Qualifications & Requirements:
1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment around moving equipment
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and write in English for documentation and RF scanning
Dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented
Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
May require obtaining Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification
Sufficient vision to read printed and electronic information

Pay Details: $16.50 to $19.50 per hour
